After speaking with the Township Attorney yesterday he informed me that there will be a generic metal street sign (green background with silver reflective text) placed at the intersection of Houghton Road and Mottl Reserve Drive within the next two to three weeks.
I know many of us want a nice entrance with landscaping and a more prominent sign, however there are currently zoning issues that need to be addressed. The board is hoping to attend the next zoning meeting to discuss this with the Township and we will report back when we have more information.
On a side note, thank you to everyone who registered so quickly. We hope to be able to use this website to make finding documents and general information easy, also we are looking into being able to pay annual assessments via credit card online. I am not sure if that will be ready for 2021 assessments but we will certainly try our best.
